Meet Mr. Sharma
Personally Taught by Mr. SharmaFrom Middle School Through College
Every lesson is taught personally by Mr. Sharma—never by assistants, rotating tutors, or outsourced instructors. With more than 30 years of experience teaching science, mathematics, and standardized test preparation, students receive individualized instruction built on conceptual understanding and problem-solving strategy.
Sessions are delivered live on a professional classroom whiteboard, with every plan customized to the student’s goals, pace, and learning style.

Why Mr. Sharma
Personalized instruction. Conceptual depth. Three decades of teaching mathematics and science under one roof.
Every lesson is led one-on-one by Mr. Sharma — never delegated, never outsourced. Families work directly with a senior educator with more than three decades of classroom experience.
Lessons are built on the architecture of each subject — why a formula exists, how a proof is constructed, where a scientific principle applies. Students develop the reasoning required to navigate unfamiliar problems.
Every engagement begins with a forensic review of the student's actual gaps. From that diagnostic, Mr. Sharma builds a customized learning plan calibrated to the student's coursework, exam timeline, and long-term trajectory.
Sessions are taught live on a professional mobile classroom whiteboard — full derivations, free-body diagrams, organic mechanisms, and problem-solving developed in real time.
The Standard
A single instructor, a single standard — held consistently for every student, every session, every subject.
Every student begins with a diagnostic evaluation and receives a customized study plan based on strengths, weaknesses, and academic goals.

How Online Tutoring Works
A focused conversation to understand the student's coursework, test demands, and goals — and to confirm we're the right fit.
Mr. Sharma identifies the underlying gaps and sets a clear plan for coursework support, test preparation, or both.
Weekly sessions taught live on a professional mobile classroom whiteboard. Every concept is derived in real time — no slides, no pre-recorded lessons.
Continuous calibration as grades improve, exams approach, and the student moves into the next course in the sequence.
The Tutor
With over 30 years of teaching and tutoring experience, Mr. Sharma has helped students excel in science and mathematics from middle school through college. Throughout his career, he has also worked continuously as a private tutor for science, mathematics, and standardized tests—initially on a part-time basis alongside his teaching positions and, since 2013, as a full-time professional tutor. His classroom experience includes eleven years as a Science and Math Teacher at a private high school in New Jersey, two years as a Graduate Assistant and Science Tutor at a state university in New Jersey, one year as a Master Tutor for Science and Math at a community college in New Jersey, and earlier in his career, four years as a Lecturer at a pharmacy college in New Delhi, India. Today, he personally teaches every lesson online, helping students build deep conceptual understanding, academic confidence, and outstanding results in school and on standardized exams.
Results That Matter
Students improve by rebuilding weak foundations, strengthening reasoning, and learning how to perform under academic pressure.
Stronger classroom performance as foundational gaps close and reasoning replaces memorization.
Students approach hard problems with composure instead of avoidance.
Durable problem-solving habits that transfer across algebra, calculus, physics, and standardized exams.
Clear command of mechanisms, models, and applications across chemistry, physics, and biology.
Targeted, diagnostic-driven preparation for the SAT, ACT, AP, Regents, SSAT, ISEE, TEAS, HESI, and MCAT.
Skills and study habits that hold up as students progress into honors, AP, college, and pre-professional coursework.
